Stunning Dining Facilities

A Taste of Tuscany!    Carlito's has room for 30 at the pine-trimmed, tumbled marble bar that winds its way through the restaurant's informal dining space.     Or choose the more intimate dining room that offers a warm, inviting taste of Tuscany for any occasion.

The Dining Room
     An archway flanked by wine cabinets separates the bustling bar area from the intimacy of Carlito's formal dining room. 
     Seating about 100, the renovated space features a newly installed fireplace. Wooden tables and chairs are intentionally mismatched to evoke the feel of an old farmhouse or inn.
     Italian pottery on the walls and a 250-year-old wooden bust of San Marcos complete the decor. 

 

 

The Bar
     Bar patrons have a view of the kitchen and can watch the progress of pizzas as they're placed in the open-fired brick oven.
     Future plans call for a small garden with patio dining.
